-Generate demand and lead our SDRs team in Europe and Asia Pacific
-Develop a strong sales culture with winning as a team spirit
-Lead a global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
-Work closely with the Sales teams, collaborate heavily with the Marketing teams, and partner with various groups across the organization to establish best practices, playbooks and KPIs to increase efficiencies and improve lead generation processes and systems; all while building and developing a strong; ollaborative team
-The successful candidate must be a motivated individual to manage a multicultural team across the globe משרה 101916
-7+ years of experience in a similar managerial role in a global environment.
-Highly energized, motivated individual with a strong background in building and optimizing SDR teams
-Consistent proven track record exceeding your quota
-Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Excel, etc.
-Experience managing teams in a matrix organization
-Data driven (a numbers person)
-Strong knowledge in digital marketing - a plus
-Multilingual a plus, English a must
