• Lead the organization certifications (IATF16949) and internal audits system.
• Leading quality initiatives in the organizations
• Routine Interface with Customers – understanding customer requirements, supporting quality excursions, customers audits and continuance improvement plans.
• Implement and training of quality methodologies and systems within the global organization - Problem solving , automotive program , non-conforming material , etc.
