Office day-to-day activities, including the front desk and call answering, coordination of appointments, calendars and events management and general operations
Assistant to the C-level executives
Monitor budgets, reception of invoices, receipts and registrations.

Experience in working with the Innovation Authority – a significant advantage.
Working closely with accounting

Manage personnel attendance reports and petty cash.
Support to the marketing, finance and operations activities
Office Budget management, including monitoring the availability and purchase of consumables and equipment for day-to-day operations

BA
Excellent personal skills, organizational ability and adaptation capabilities
Ability to learn quickly and experience in using Ms Office software – especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and ability to multitask with a number of coworkers.
Good English level.
