The commercial director will oversee portfolios of over 80M$ annually, leading teams of sales, account and marketing professionals to provide clients with the highest level of customer service and sales operations.

Manage operations for a 80M$ annual revenue portfolio of clients.
Lead sales, account and marketing teams to drive profits and revenue growth.
Set operational targets and revenue goals in accordance with the overall business strategy.
Drive external partner development to obtain advertising assets and direct response channels.
Build sales presentations leveraging market research and case studies.
Ensure the highest level of sales operations and customer service possible.
Understand client expectations and requirements to build annual and quarterly plans.
Analyze performance and recommend optimization solutions to drive growth.
Perform research into industries, audiences, and products to develop a strategy.
8+ years of experience in sales or business development with large volume portfolios.
5+ years of experience leading teams, departments and operations.
Native level English in writing and speech.
Proven track record of meeting and beating targets in the online, mobile or advertising ecosystems.
Experience in gaming and/or forex promotions.
Experience facing c-level executives in client companies.
Great negotiation and communication skills.
Able to build strong, reliable relationships.
Analytical skills with strong strategic orientation.
