· Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
· Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards etc.
· Screening resumes
· Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews.
· Recruiting for various position including sales representatives to our international call center
· Oversee employee life cycle, onboarding, welfare, and termination
· Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
· 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR specialist or similar role
· Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn)
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· BA in human resources management or relevant field
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Excellent communication and people skills
· English – high level
