We are a fast growing Israeli Startup has developed a revolutionary two-sided free piston linear engine (FPLE) which can be used as an onboard power generator or as a stand-alone electricity generator. The company went public lately and we are looking for talented, passionate and awesome people to join our growing team!
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working independently, reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Role and Responsibilities • Management of the SVP’s calendars, (Understand priorities and schedule). • Organize agendas, create & maintain materials for meetings, and coordinate & track execution of tasks. • Act as a point of contact for board team members, investors, executives, customers and other external partners • Oversee office operations including supplies and deliveries. • Solve problems quickly and efficiently for general office inquiries. • Responsible for maintenance of the office environment. • Vendor management and negotiation: working with external vendors related to office supplies, technology, equipment etc. • Assist various teams with different administrative tasks and projects. • Prepare on-going reports on expenses and office budgets. • Organize all aspects of travel, from flights to scheduling meetings • Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Requirements • Exceptional organizational and communication skills and a talent for attention to details. • At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a global high-tech company. • Bachelor’s degree - Must • Fully fluent in both English & Hebrew • Quick thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills • Discretion and trustworthiness
