The engineer will be part of an innovative team that supports and helps develop the next generation of Container Development Tools. We are looking for a member with the right attitude to work in a team collaboratively, feed technological innovation, learn quickly and be self driven.

Responsibilities

Provide Satisfactory technical solutions to customer issues

Debug issues effectively

Provide Best practices for our customers in the CI/CD area

Be a source of knowledge for the customer who is adopting Codefresh

Track issues in tickets while meeting SLA requirements

Work with RnD to ensure feedback loops for bugs and enhancements are complete

דרישות התפקיד

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in supporting production systems

Clear, focused approach to debugging customer problems

Experience working with Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Previous experience working with Cloud SCM systems (Github, Bitbucket, Gitlab)

Understanding of CI/CD methodologies in the Software Lifecycle

Deep understanding of web-based applications and API architecture

Experience with Containers and Microservice architecture (ex: Docker, Kubernetes)

Deep Knowledge of Linux and comfort with Bash scripting

Have a intuitive “Customer First” mindset; ability to empathize

Strong English speaking and writing proficiency

Nice to Have

B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science (or related degree in Computer field).

Software Development skills. Priority for knowledge in Golang and Node.JS.

Previous experience in Automation
