Joining our team will give you a great opportunity to identify training needs, build training programs, implement and manage digital training tools and create online training content for Netafim's employees. The position is temporary for a period of 6 months (maternity leave).
A Day In The Life of a Training Specialist
Ongoing operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) – documenting training, managing users, uploading content and monitoring progress using reports.
Responsibility for online training content development in a variety of subject areas – eLearning modules, video tutorials and other online solutions.
Webinars management – Initiating and supporting webinars for local (Israel) and global audiences.
Location: Tel Aviv / Magal / Hatzerim premises with willingness to travel occasionally inside Israel.
Background of at least 1 year developing online training content.
Experience in operating learning management systems – an advantage.
Experience with training developing tools – e.g. StoryLine, Camtasia.
English – High level.
Knowledge in Spanish / additional languages - an advantage.
Excellent human relations and ability to work within a team.
Positive, proactive, Can do approach.
Ability to work independently, personal initiative and involvement.
