We are looking for a Director of Product Management with proven experience to lead a cross company initiative, and specifically significant experience in Analytics.
A member of our Product Management department is a key influential force driving the business, responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with Sales, R&D, product owner, customers, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction. This position will focus on Analytics solution across our portfolio, incorporating capabilities like machine learning, to assist customers to detect, alert and response to security threats. The role will require engaging with cross company stakeholders such as sales, services, marketing, business development and to define product requirements, working with the R&D teams to execute and deliver, as well as go to market activities. In particular:
Excellent outbound skills and executive presence
Conduct strategic business opportunity analysis, including market and competitive research
Collect, prioritize and internally communicate product requirements, define product features, manage and communicate product roadmap and future versions
Work closely with product owner and R&D to track version progress and ensure timely and high quality version releases
Collaborate with sales, marketing, business development and field engineers and proactively promote go-to-market activities, including technical presentations and sales tools

Proven experience in leading PM team with at least 6 years of experience in PM roles
Innovator by nature. Ability to think out of the box and enjoy uncharted waters
Proactive, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
Ability to work effectively with the business, good understanding of business needs
Proven hands-on, technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
Deep knowledge and experience in leading Analytics products
Data scientist experience – an advantage
Enterprise security experience – an advantage
Experienced and knowledgeable in managing products for large global enterprises
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time pressure
Evangelism, pusher and experience in the field (working and training with AE, PS, SE)
Proven ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)
Willingness to travel (4-6 times a year)
Experience in information security – an advantage
BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development or solution engineering – an advantage
MBA - an advantage
