Regional mobility manager is responsible for all international mobility E2E processes in Israel, APAC, LATAM and part of Europe.
This role is responsible for mobility service level and professionalism towards assignees via collaboration with mobility vendors and internal stakeholders.
This is an expert role that requires specialized mobility expertise in order to handle internal and external issues, drive for success and work closely with our assignees.
Mobility is a significant enabler to our talent strategy.
The position is a replacement for maternity leave, for a period of 6-7 months.
•Responsibility for end to end mobility processes and governance in the specific region
•Identify the business global mobility needs, and adjust policy accordingly
•Partnership with vendors, employees, HR, legal, finance, executive management.
•Leading processes and coordination with 3rd party services for the assignee (Immigration, tax, relocation, destination service assistance, etc)
•Preparing assignment agreements, work with various corporate departments, including payroll, HRIS, Finance and Tax to ensure appropriate set up.
•Single point of contact for all moves into the region.
•Ensure a high level of service with a key focus on positive employee experience and strategic value for Teva.
•Ensure program compliance in all areas – immigration, tax, payroll and local laws.
•Ensure escalations from candidates, employees and managers are resolved
