A leading software company in Petah Tikva is looking for an experienced Training and Development Manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
Training and Development Manager Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Training Manager
Bachelor’s degree in human resources/ education or a related field (essential).
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and development management/ distributor partners (essential).
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
English and Hebrew- excellent written and oral communication skills
Creative, meticulous, and dedicated Video Editor with an excellent eye for detail (essential)
Experience in using innovative learning technology tools and high technological orientation such as (but not limited):
MS Office, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe, Illustrator Power point - Camtasia, Canva and related business and communication tools.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
Strong survey building skills, feedback collection, data analysis and reporting.
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Strong writing and record keeping ability.
A can-do attitude.
Programmable logic controller familiarity- an advantage.
