We are looking for an Operations Division system expert.
· A part of the Helpdesk team, based out of our headquarters.
· Providing remote system support to global users.
· Conducting new module training.
· Partake in implementations as defined by IT Project Managers.
Writing user manuals.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent work experience.
Experience offering application user support.
Experience conducting user training.
Experience conducting software implementation.
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel on occasion as required by project needs.
