The marketing department crafts the company’s messaging and manages the Mobileye brand globally. The department works to increase awareness of Mobileye technologies and innovation and generate demand for Mobileye products through the development of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and events.
Mobileye develops and deploys some of the most technically sophisticated mobility and vehicle safety (ADAS) solutions available today, and must stand out in a complex & competitive landscape.
The Head of Global Marketing is responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to create awareness and generate business leads for Mobileye’s Intelligent Mobility Services (IMS) business unit. The main objective of this role is to support a global sales team in achieving their goals via inbound & outbound marketing activity and creating sales enablement collateral.
The Head of Global Marketing collaborates with many team members both in the field and at HQ in Jerusalem. This is a key position in Mobileye's marketing team and will report directly to the Senior Head of Marketing ADAS & IMS .
How your job will look like?
Develop, execute and oversee IMS Global marketing strategy & activity.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns
Identify, manage and execute industry relevant tradeshows / events
Ensure marketing activity is aligned with & supports IMS business goals – working closely with the sales and biz dev teams.
Responsible for managing the marketing budget.
Manage the production of all marketing material
Work closely with other marketing teams (content/ design/ digital) to create relevant and optimized content for online and offline activities
Provide quantifiable results and hit KPIs
Ensure regional marketing is aligned with HQ strategy & brand identity.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities from all the regions.
Stay up-to-date with of competitive trends and developments within the industry as well as latest trends in marketing.

The right candidate will have…
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, with a marketing and/or similar major.
3+ years’ experience in marketing fields (managerial position preferred)
Proven experience in B2B marketing activation (preferably in the hi-tech or automotive industry)
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Hubspot
Experience in managing a team - preferred
Proven experience in managing budgets
An intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
High motivation to succeed and ability to maintain high level of productivity with limited guidance.
