The Supply Chain Manager will manage the company's overall Amazon Supply Chain and Logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
? Manage the Supply Chain Department and its workers – the “Process” and its “People
? Strategize, forecast, and monitor stock levels of all products of the company
? Plan shipments and orders based on their personal sales forecasts and their analysis
? Reports and presents to the integrator the company’s inventory during the weekly meeting
? Anticipate and prevent complex stock flow requirements
? Build new processes, structure and work methods, and improve existing ones including leaner processes and less manual works
? Ensure maximizing the profit by maintaining the stock level all the time
? Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
? Experience in managing process and staffs, and automation
? Effective English communication skills
? High-level Excel knowledge (VBA, Macro) and internet application
? Process building capability
? Analytical and with high self-learning ability
? Proactive, dynamic, and striving for achievement
? Detail-oriented and organized
? Creative (out-of-the-box thinker)
Amazon Supply Chain experience is an advantage.
