About the Role:

Catalyst is growing and looking for a Senior Manager to join the Strategic Storytelling team to support Startups and corporates in building and sharpening their strategic business narratives. In this role, the Senior Consultant will need to develop strategic business, fundraising narrative and investor decks according to the client needs. Candidates must have at least of 5 years of working experience with startups and the local innovation ecosystem (Vc's, Accelerators, Hubs ect.)

Leading the Strategic storytelling department and manage the department P&L
Consult startups on their possible growth avenues and business models
Obtain business opportunities and partnerships to increase the department profitability
Creation of strategic business and fundraising narrative and investor decks
Conduct quick and efficient market research different domains and industries
Creating business plans and performing ad hoc analysis
Advantage: Create Financial forecasts and P&Ls for investor decks
· 7+ years' work experience in the creating audience focus messaging, especially in the startup and innovation eco-system

· Native English speaker (MUST)
· B.A. / B.Sc. in economics/ finance/ accounting or equivalent.
· Ability to coordinate and create compelling business narratives
· Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs
· Ability to work towards tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in industry research and High level of analytical skills
· Managing full P&L report and working with balance sheet and cash flow
· Ability to think creatively
· Highly organized and meticulous person
· A service-oriented team player
· Deep understanding of business processes and data
· Fast learner and tech-savvy (It is required to learn, work with, and manage an in-house financial reporting system.)
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
