Track project releases to bench, maintain real-time track of available Talent Pool
Own engagement of talent on bench and enforce workforce management policies
Push for process efficiencies, ensure process adherence and data availability for reports
Reporting and analytics
At least 3 years of experience in Workforce Management / Talent Acquisition / Internal fulfillment / Business Operations - (IT Services Industry - big advantage)
Ability to negotiate for desired outcomes, enforce rules, build healthy working relationships
Strong collaboration skills, Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results.
Strong in data analytics
Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
