A successful online marketing services company is seeking a talented recruiter to join our HR team.
As an HR recruiter you will coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs,
The recruiter will communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities and will also be responsible for internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• E2E recruitment process.
• Oversee the full recruitment process for our marketing roles
• Working independently with hiring managers
• Familiarity with sourcing through social network )Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sources and hiring agencies
• Onboarding of new employees
• Escort our employees life cycle
• 2 years of experience in recruiting – must
• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing recruiting – an advantage
• Experience in conducting F2F interviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
