What will you do?
Work with sales management team to enhance business understanding, key customer drivers, and track sales growth
Provide recommendations and actions, based on strategic objectives, forecast and performance metrics.
Define and evaluate analytical KPIs for sales workflows to ensure healthy growth of the business
Owning the end-to-end tracking of the sales funnel / operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis
Lead KPI Automation and Data hygiene in Salesforce working closely with the Sales Ops Team
Analyze Sales & Account Management Results and identify areas for strategic focus and development
Work with Product & Data Department on integrating data from various sources and creating analytical models
Develop tracking tools and methodologies, compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
Work on integrating data from various sources and creating analytical models
Deal with lateral ad hoc analysis and requests.
Is this is you?
Driven by business goals, with a deep understanding of Business Analysis, Modeling and Data Infrastructure
3-5 years of experience as an analyst in a fast-moving business environment
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Hebrew
Experience working with Excel (pivot, v-lookup, charts)
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Yellowfin, QlikView, Power BI, etc.) –
Experience translating analytics into business recommendations and considerations
High Attention to details
Creative and proactive
Not a must but a great advantage
Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
Experience Working With Remote Teams
Experience With R / Python
