Main Duties and Responsibilities
Setting up and managing paid search campaigns by conducting target keyword research & writing relevant ad texts, whilst ensuring effective campaign and keyword structure;
Optimizing campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, structural, keywords, and ad text optimization
Managing the client relationship and attending meetings;
Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve campaign performance. Report writing and campaign success measurement.
Ensuring that conversion tracking and other KPI measurements are in place;
Continuously develop automated processes to streamline campaign management;
Become a part of the outsource CMO team: Meet and consult clients; Brainstorm ideas and strategies; Build and execute marketing plans; Train internal teams; Oversee marketing tech integrations;
Be involved in the hiring, training, and managing of the new team members;
Proactive team player who is able to become a part of the core startup team, improve sales funnels, and take part in the company’s business development;
2+ years hands-on PPC experience;
Experienced with Google AdWords Search Network, Google Analytics & ideally Facebook ads.
Good written, analytical & verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to summarise data concisely & high analytical skills.
Ability to build strong working client relationships;
Ability to work on multiple tasks and ability to meet deadlines.
Online gaming experience - BIG advantage.
Willingness to travel abroad for business from time to time.
