Cyber Intelligence company is looking for a skilled SW Escalation Engineer Tier 3-4 with deep systems knowledge looking to join a fast-paced, high-energy, company, working on establishing support processes, resolving customer issues, designing large complex deployments, improving the products, and training other tiers.
Experience in processes and procedures for customers support Tier 3.
Finding a solution to problems in complex software modules and experience in formulating problems and solutions in writing and orally.
Participate in internal and external conversations with customers in order to provide technical insight into the issue experienced by the customer and provide corrections, solutions, and technical explanations for workarounds.
Work with QA and development teams to characterize problems and bugs, recommend solutions, and make sure problem fixes are properly implemented in
Participation in technical meetings/discussions in the early stages of product design and development, proposing solutions that support the needs of technical support and customer requirements. משרה 103712
Experience in managing customer success activity/Escalation Tier 3.
Good troubleshooting skills and methodological approach.
Experience investigating logs of complex systems and logical communication between subsystems.
Experience in technical documentation such as route cause analysis (RCA)
Demonstrated knowledge in working with Linux environments - installing, configuring networking, writing bash scripts, and more - advantage
IT experience advantage.
