TOYGA is a leading consumer-based platform operating in the Fintech industry.
Following a year of significant growth, we are now looking to grow our CRM team.
TOYGA has a workforce of 600 people across continents and a headquarters in Tel-Aviv.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and data-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to help build the CRM function and shape our customer email communication. The role will partner cross-functionally with BI, Creative, Dev, and the Sales team.
Drive engagement and revenue across digital channels: email, push notification, SMS.
Develop automated marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Maintain the CRM calendar and ensure it remains up to date with the latest information.
Monitor performance of activity and report back to the team proposing.
Develop CRM roadmap, segmentation, and content planning.
Compose creative briefs based upon campaign objectives.
Design and execute an A/B tests to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness.
3-4 years results-focused CRM experience working within a B2C in digital marketing.
Experience working with SendGrid/ Silverpop, Solitics or other ESP.
An interest in online automated marketing trends & a good understanding of best practice.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good balance of creative and analytical skills
Fluent in English.
HTML/CSS email coding experience.
Knowledge of the trading field.
Experience with collaboration tools, JIRA.
