A Tel Aviv based Cyber Security startup is looking for an Office Manager
What We’re About
We’re an experienced & diverse team focused on solving one of the biggest challenges CIOs & CISOs have - allowing development teams to move fast without compromising on security controls & risk management

What You Will Do:
· Act as the focal point for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills & errands.
· You will organize & schedule meetings & appointments, allocate meeting rooms & make sure all is organized as planned.
· As part of your job, you will own vendor relationships, procurement, ensure deliveries, invoicing & payments.
· You will support the Founders & the Business Operations Manager in their day-to-day tasks.
· In the future, the role may include managing & sitting in the reception area & providing general support for visitors.
· In addition, you will partner closely with HR, assist with onboarding of new hires & plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations & conferences.

· You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech industry - Must.
· You are highly passionate about employees' wellbeing - You simply love to see people happy!
· Your strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, & solution focus give you the ability to handle multiple priorities, in a fluid startup environment & roll with the punches.
· Generate processes & procedures on how administrative tasks can be done more efficiently.
· Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to interact with multiple external & internal interfaces with a professional, cheerful, & fun attitude - that is all you.

Your skills include a full proficiency in:
· MS Office & G Suite
· Fluent English (verbal & written).
· You are familiar with Office applications: Word, Excel, & collaboration tools.
· Preferably you have Startup experience
· BA Degree
· Experience in a constantly growing team.
