We’re looking for
An enthusiastic Knowledge Management Specialist, to be part of the dynamic Payoneer Global KM team, which will take part in defining and implementing the future KM strategy. Aside of his routine responsibilities she/he will be responsible for promoting the company’s knowledge management systems utilization and work internally through the company to continue making Payoneer a great knowledge inclined company.
What’s the job?
Create and maintain content in the Payoneer main KM system.
Create useful product demos and tutorials for the benefit of all the internal audience.
Establish productive working routines with internal SMEs
Promote a culture that will facilitate knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
Prepare the monthly Knowledge Management newsletter, track and monitor the usage and suggest content and improvements.
Constant refining of the search effectiveness by assessing the search patterns.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
2-5 years of experience in Knowledge management, Instructional designing training at a global high-tech company
Familiar with the Knowledge Management concepts, norms, methods and tools.
SharePoint 365 power user - a must. Proficiency with MS office 365 applications (i.e. Forms, Flow, Teams, Power Point, Excel...)
Familiar with instructional design methodologies and process. Demonstrated (hands on) experience with training authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, webinar platforms, Camtasia..
Motivated by a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to manage multiple tasks
Superb attention to details with strong project management skills
