For a Start Up company developing robotic devices, with offices in the North area.
We are looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist . Our team is responsible for building supply chain strategies, leading our Turn Key vendors and establishing the company’s Support infrastructure. The Tier 2 Technical Support Team owns and manages to resolution all cases escalated from Tier 1 Support or through other channels, collaborating as needed with R&D cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Resolve support cases escalated fromTier 1 Support by following established workflows and processes.
Analyze and Investigate incoming issues from systems in the field.
Assess hardware and software malfunctions by means of diagnostic tools and field technicians input
Record and classify the issues per needed subjects, sub-systems, systems, etc…
Applying relevant analisis tools to provide instifull information.
Continuously look for opportunities to enhance our products and support methods to improve customer service and support. משרה 104162

Experience in reading and interpreting logs
Understanding of analytic tools(Excel, DBs)
Technical/Mechanical background
Organized and structured worker
Team player
Preferred:
Experience in Linux environment
Basic Python knowledge
Technical support experience
QA/testing experience
