A successful global performance marketing solutions company is expanding and looking for an Operation Coordinator to be responsible for operational project management within our strategy department. This is your opportunity to join a well-funded international company at a time of rapid expansion.
Responsibilities

• Proactively own and manage contracts procedures
• Work closely with key stakeholders and collaborate with multiple global and local interfaces
• Proactively coordinate and operate B2B payment
• Present and embody the business to external parties
• Monitoring daily ongoing projects and processes
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company needs and the resources
• Manage and execute different projects of the Strategy Department
• Be a key factor of maintaining communication with clients to ensure the business's and client's goals

Requirements:

• Excellent English (written and verbal)
• Previous experience working with key stakeholders – an advantage
• Problem-solving skills
• Negotiation abilities
