a leading provider of mobile-first performance solutions, offering AI-powered advertising technology, user acquisition media buying expertise, and creative production services across Peak performance-driven DSP, Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Tik-Tok, and various media platform is looking for Product manager That his responsibility will be:
Responsibilities:

Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
Have a strong customer focus a must, paired with demonstrable Troubleshooting and Networking competency
Understanding and documenting the customer's requirements, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.
Analysing customer feature requests and forwarding them for higher-level escalations.
Support marketing, sales and tech-support activities

דרישות התפקיד

Looking For Someone who has:
BA/BS degree in computer science/Industrial engineering and management related area or 2 years product management and/or support management experience (SaaS preferred)
Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – Must
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, “can-do” attitude, and abilities to learn on the fly proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Proven problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment – advantage
