Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems,
software, and hardware, Monday to Friday
minimum 2 year hands-on experience as help-Desk technician in >100 employee company
* Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues remotely, employees desks and via phone
* install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
* install, configure, and troubleshoot windows10 OS
* Desktop hardware, drivers and troubleshoot knowledge, including image and clone
* Create and edit Active directory users and groups
* install, configure, and troubleshoot software including MS Office.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues
* Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
* good verbal English

* install, configure, and troubleshoot Apple devices
* manage Google Apps (corporate Gmail) Admin
