We’re looking for a skilled manager who can lead the BI domain in a fast-paced data-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly technical with analytical capabilities. Someone who loves data, has a good understanding of business needs and can see the big picture.
Lead the development efforts end to end throughout the entire cycle, work with the various stakeholders and understand their needs, gather business requirements, write specifications, and develop reports and data models.
See beyond numbers, create real value from data to enable data-driven decisions.
Select the best technological approach and set the development standards.
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience as a BI team leader.
Minimum 4 years of Hands on development experience with the leading BI solutions such as Power BI/Tableau/Sisense.
Strong SQL knowledge & performance tuning capability.
Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills with attention to details.
Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Not a must but a great advantage:
Hands on development experience with the various Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Hands on development experience with various Microsoft BI stack products: Analysis Services (SSAS) Tabular Models, Integration Services (SSIS).
Experience with building automated validation processes to ensure data integrity.
Experience building ETL processes.
Proficiency in DAX.
