We’re looking for a new Tech Specialist team member to support the technological and technical needs of Payoneer’s Operations teams with an emphasis on CRM systems related solutions.

Job Description

He / she will:

Work closely with business owners to understand and prioritize needs and requirements
Implement solutions that take best practices and the end-to-end business flow into account
Implement integrations between different systems according to business needs
Improve work procedures and processes using automation
Investigate complex issues, identify and implement solid solutions
Monitoring and troubleshooting operational processes and integrations

דרישות התפקיד

At least 1-2 years experience working in an Information Systems position or similar
Experience working with integration technologies (RESTful APIs, web services, etc.)
Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal and external teams
Excellent communication skills in English - both oral and written
Good project management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Not a must but a great advantage

Experience administrating a CRM/ERP system, especially Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce or similar
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL
Experience working with Microsoft Power Automate platform or similar
HTML/JS/PHP/OOP programming experience
