Joining Intuitive Surgical means joining a team dedicated to using technology to benefit patients by improving surgical efficacy and decreasing surgical invasiveness, with patient safety as our highest priority. Intuitive Israel is focused on our digital products development. The fast-growing R&D center in Haifa and Tel-Aviv is leading advanced technological development in the minimal invasive space. We leverage data to provide digital capabilities to clinicians to improve the clinical workflow and the procedure outcomes. The Israeli team’s deliverables are impacting patient’s lives worldwide on a daily basis.
Primary Function of Position:
Provide advanced administrative support and manage the company's office services.
Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties.
Oversee general administrative stuff and coordinate with necessary vendors to meet organizational needs.
This role is only office based, at the reception seat. Working hours are Sun-Thu 9:00AM – 3:00PM, can be flexible. Attendance in company events outside working hours will be required from time to time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide general administration and office procurement
Coordinate with the building management
Point person for office maintenance and safety related aspects
Order cafeteria stuff
Drive company's welfare events, happy hours, and holidays in the office
Coordinate guests/ candidates visits
Assist the general manager in managing his calendar and coordinate complicated scheduling
Assist in travel scheduling for the management
Welcome new hires and managing the employees' parking slots
Manage invoices and work with the payroll company (Time tracking monthly collection)
Oversee janitorial services
Company car management (via leasing company) for eligible employees
Point person for Cibus and Buyme employees' cards

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Previous experience as office manager, administrative assistant or receptionist – a must
Previous experience working in a technologic company – an advantage
High English level – a must
Communicative, service oriented, well organized, initiator and people person – a must
Bachelor's degree – an advantage
Previous experience in IT equipment procurement – an advantage
