We are looking for a talented Customer Support Engineer who will join our awesome team
: You will be responsible for
• Provide support to end users, partners, distributors and subsidiaries
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools, and email
• Handle escalations from Tier 2 to Tier 4
• Candidate will assist the customer base during installations

2years of Software and Networking experience in technical support/tier 3 - Mandatory
· Strong understanding of Networking, Windows/Linux, SQL - Mandatory
· Proven experience with international customers - Mandatory
· Strong technical and analytical skills
· Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software issues
· Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
· Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change
· Ability to professionally handle clients through all interfaces
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Mandatory; Spanish – Advantage
· Proven experience as a Practical Engineer- Mandatory / Electronic Engineer – Advantage
