Provide practical and business-oriented legal advice on a variety of employment issues, including hiring, terminations, performance management, employee investigations, discrimination and harassment, employee mobility, privacy, and HR policies, to the Teva HR organization, management, and other business units.
Draft and review legal documents related to employment.
Manage external counsel in Israel as necessary in representing the company in legal proceedings before courts, government agencies, and other authorities.
Supporting cross-organizational projects pertinent to employment in Israel.
Bachelor's Law degree.
Qualified to practice in Israel.
At least 2 years of legal experience in employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Ability to work independently, professionally and under pressure.
Highest degree of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
Experience with collective employment relations – an advantage.
Work experience with multinational companies – an advantage.
