What’s the job?


Lead and manage a team of Risk Data Analysts
Coach, train, motivate, and drive the performance of the team
Ensure work and deliverables are conducted effectively, efficiently, while meeting regulations and SLAs
Manage team’s practice, providing ongoing feedback, fostering teamwork, collaboration and meeting team and company-related goals
Support the team to achieve its operational objectives, take on new tasks, manage workloads and analysts’ professional development
Set individual and team KPIs, ensure adherence, and manage team’s expectations and performance

Manage professional aspects of Risk data analysis and risk solutions/controls development and be a point for escalations
Supervise, support and monitor Risk research and deliverables
Ensuring performance based on established goals, benchmarks and milestones
Drive innovation and enhancement initiatives to support scale, efficiency and automation
Identify and address gaps and opportunities in individual and team performance

Work closely with other teams and departments to support the development of risk-related tools, processes and products to improve risk mechanisms and CX
Work closely and communicate with large enterprise clients and external 3rd parties

דרישות התפקיד

Have you done this kind of stuff?

Degree graduated – a must
Managerial experience – at least 2 years proven track of successful managerial experience - a must
Professional (Risk) experience – at least 3 years of professional work experience researching and designing Risk controls – a must (in the fields of online risk management, fraud detection/prevention, AML/CTF, payments or remittance controls and/or charge-backs and disputes)
Excellent English level (written and spoken) and communication skills – a must
A positive, energetic, bold & communicative people-person – a must
Proven strong cross-team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Well organized, energetic individual with a can-do approach
A problem solver, experienced working under pressure
Have a flexible attitude and emotional agility
Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
