This is a part-time position (80%)

* Lead full life cycle talent acquisition process within a defined region. This will include phone interviews with prospective applicants to assess fit to position and culture, lead management discussion and feedback meetings, negotiate offers, and conduct references.
* Direct Sourcing and pipelining of high-quality candidate pools using social media and other networking tools and channels.
* Lead special projects including assessment of best practices in Talent Acquisition processes as required.
* Develop and report meaningful recruiting metrics on a regular basis to show productivity and value to the business.

דרישות התפקיד

* Educated to degree level with several years of combined experience in in-house recruiting, agency or RPO recruitment experience within an international environment required.
* Excellent knowledge of the life science/ healthcare industry is highly desired, experience in sales recruitment advantageous.
* Substantial experience in full recruiting cycle required including sourcing, interview assessment, offer negotiations, knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, latest recruitment trends etc.
* Strong proficiency and experience sourcing candidates through Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
* Experience in working within remote global teams and Matrix organisations will be beneficial.
* Besides fluency in English, additional skills in another European language are a plus.
