A large, growing international group of companies, looking for a talented and creative Marcom assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate between the “customer” side and the marketing dept. – creating and delivering briefs. Functioning as the POC
* Help to create content for marketing materials including presentations, articles, press releases, and web content.
* Work together with the customer managers in order to promote solutions on social networks (LinkedIn) and professional sites / forums.
* Creating and overseeing the implementation of quarterly marketing plans and activities to increase market share
* Commissioning or conducting market research
* Overseeing marketing data analysis and evaluation
* Track ROI for marketing activities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams –studio, digital & content, logistics, sales, legal, etc. to produce effective promotional materials
* Assist in all aspects of company exhibitions.
* Obtaining necessary consent and overseeing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
* Develop schedules, maintain deadlines & Prioritise requests
* Manage Suppliers , when required

דרישות התפקיד

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marcom from a B2B global company
* Experience from a defence and security company – a significant advantage
* Experience from a financial/ capital market/ VC fund or related fields- – a significant advantage
* English native speaker
* Strong writing and editing abilities/close attention to detail
* Experience with graphic editing- an advantage
* Proven experience in creating engaging and effective marketing materials and narratives to support Sales and Business Development efforts
* Knowledge and hands on experience with printing and publishing work processes
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills ( with an emphasis on powerpoint)
* Ability to work under tight deadlines, both individually and as a part of team
* Proactive with high personal initiative
* Great interpersonal skills
