-Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
-Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
-Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
-Support processes of data receiving into the system
-Provide technical support for the Success Managers
-Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
-Generate special reports based on existing data
-Knowledge of OFFICE – Excel is a must.
-Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
-Attention to details and thorough
