The CCoE Technical Lead is an IT role aimed at successfully helping IT Infrastructure organization implement, deploy, secure and manage public/private clouds. As a lead of cloud engineers and technical professionals with broad skills that extend beyond the domain of any particular IT Infrastructure. A cloud engineer will typically assume multiple personas, including “the IT professional,” “the communicator” and “the business liaison.” These personas correspond to technical skills, interpersonal skills and business skills, respectively.
A minimum of five years hands on experience of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering with experience in Infrastructure design, automation and administration.
Proven experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
Infrastructure as a code and Configuration Management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell DSC
Pipeline management and strong understanding of code management cycle

Experience with VMware vRA and vRO
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
Ability to build professional relationships with cross functional teams.
Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude are essential.
