A projects management company in Jerusalem seeks an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force of the companys CEO for a part time job.
The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

- Manage scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Perform minor accounting duties and make payments to suppliers
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite Skills
- Hebrew and English mother tongue level - MUST
- Work experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
