Develop business plans, budgets, strategies and tactics for company development:
Go to market strategy -business development, regulatory path, manufacturing, marketing, sales ,licensing and reimbursement
Execute plans, budgets, strategies and tactics:
Manage BD activities, Sales & Marketing as well as Lead International agreements
Product development and operations
Timely R&D, clinical and regulatory execution
Intellectual property (IP)
Experience and Qualification:
Experience building and executing business plans and bringing the company from R&D to commercial stage
Business development experience and proven track record in successfully managing International agreements, affiliates and sales
A strategic thinker with ability to set clear strategies, priorities, delegate, and guide people and systems
Previous experience in relevant senior positions or as CEO.
Experience in the Medical Device industry
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with and KOL’s and physicians and executives at all levels of seniority.
A strong background of building successful internal / external partnership and collaborative relationships, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Hands on experience in Medical Device development, operations, regulatory and licensing process
Strong articulation ability in both Hebrew and English
Relevant academic background.
