What is your mission:
We are looking for an experienced F&M Team Leader to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning while providing high service level to employees and company’s needs, working closely with internal functions and external contractors and vendors. You will manage the maintenance team and lead organizational health & safety and facilities' compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs, a leader who is hands-on with can do approach, a problem solver and results oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and scope of role
•Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard.
•Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
•Manage the facilities team (maintenance personnel, cleaners, external service providers etc.)
•Implement maintenance plan for worldwide offices, ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and preventive maintenance while monitoring and providing professional guidance to the local officials.
•Oversee health and safety of buildings and grounds.
•Oversee physical security in company offices and events.
•Handling facilities and maintenance service contracts.
•Handle property insurance plans and service contracts.
•Handle maintenance budgets, perform analysis and forecasting.

דרישות התפקיד

•Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position, with a minimum experience of 3 years in a global company
•Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
•In-depth knowledge and experience with H&S aspects
•Knowledge in regulations Fire, Safety, Electricity, Municipal requirements, etc. in a global environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hebrew & English
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills
•Professional in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
•Certified electrician with valid license – an advantage
