Enercon Technologies is a leading company in developing Power Supplies and Networking Products for the Military Industry. We are seeking an experienced and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team!
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our outside sales, production operations, business development, and quality assurance departments. Manage pre-sales activities and post-PO customer support.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring sales experience, preferably within the defense or aerospace industries, demonstrated people skills, experience with CRM & ERP tools, extreme attention to detail, and a goal-focused attitude.

Job Description:
• Quote generation, sales order entry, sales order survey closure, customer certification completion, etc.
• Support generation of non-standard quotes and proposal documentation in support of outside sales and customer requirements.
• Daily engagement with customers to facilitate initial lead qualification, quote requests, purchase order updates, and order status requests.
• Identify organizational structures of, and establish relationships with customer accounts, targeting Buyers, Supply Chain Managers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program Office representatives.
• Provide post order support to customers on all aspects of the orders, from delivery time to identifying issues in shipment documents.
• Engagement with outside sales team to support marketing collateral requirements, quote requests, and other supporting functions to facilitate the team booking's goal.
