CropX Technologies, an exciting and promising global start-up (100 employees globally) located in Poleg is looking for an excellent Quality Control & Manufacturing engineering to join our team.

Reporting to VP Operations

Create and maintain the QA policy and system for the company.
Defining CAPA, SCAR & 8D.
Develop, implement, and manage quality processes before delivery.
Lead the Production line quality system requirements.
Develop and execute tests to ensure incoming material and product quality.
Manage RMA activities (from customers & vendors).
Work with the company teams to improve internal processes.
Work with the buyers and strategic suppliers to enhance the quality of vendors.
Perform internal and external training.
Responsible for all manufacturing processes, training and qualification of employees in production line.
Manage supplier's quality and MRB activities.
Maintain compliance with local and international policies.
