R&D Project Manager

Responsible for managing R&D Projects. Works as part of the Meridian Bioscience Israel R&D team, maintaining high performance and technical knowledge while communicating with other teams in the department and others in the Meridian Bioscience Diagnostics division. Contacts are primarily with the immediate supervisor, team leaders, project leaders, and other professionals in the group. Interaction normally requires strong working relationships with various departments to facilitate collaboration and cooperation to meet R&D goals.

Responsibilities May Include:
Lead and manage product development projects in compliance with the established Design Control process.
Serve as a team leader motivating and driving cross-functional team performance.
Deliver projects according to the defined objectives, on time and within budget.
Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Effectively implement problem-solving skills and techniques to identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement mitigation and resolution plans and activities.
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project
Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings, including meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and key conclusions and action items.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
