Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our R&D team.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work,
managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.
You will be working with stakeholders, developers, team leaders, QA, Big Data teams, BI, UX/UI and more.

Responsibilities:
· Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
· Coordinate sprints, daily and retrospective meetings
· Manage each project’s scope and timeline
· Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
· Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
· Ensure delivery is up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
· Full responsibility for the internal communication between the teams and the creation of effective collaboration between the various parties
