We are looking for a Global Organizational development, Senior Manager to our HQ in Modi'in

o The initiation, development and overall implementation of global HR programs that are strategically aligned with the organization’s goals and needs, and that foster a positive and thriving work - place culture

o Developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes.

o Building recognition plans

o Developing the Learning and training areas in the company-LMS system

o Design and implement retention and talent’s plan

The position reports directly to the VP, Global HR
