Position Overview
We are in search of a part-time, data-driven, and creatively inclined Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and demand creation, specifically within North America.
The role’s main goal is to identify and reach new leads, engage them as MQLs and convert them to
SQLs, aligned with the company’s KPIs.
Your work will be pivotal in generating qualified leads to boost sales in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Explore new market segments and perform feasibility study for OFIL’s solutions.
* Identify relevant stakeholders and personas using B2B database apps.
* Hands-on lead generation and nurturing during all stages of the marketing funnel.
* Monitor and analyze outreach performance, leveraging marketing analytics to report on key metrics including MQLs, target account engagement, conversion rates, SQLs, opportunities
generated, and overall ROI.
* Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance inbound and outbound marketing
efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine the lead qualification process, enhance the sales cycle, and develop an effective lead scoring system that aligns with sales goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing in a hardware company with a focus on lead generation and demand creation.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading initiatives on time.
* Effective communicator with a collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with cross-
functional teams.
