Job Title: Head of Sales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Founder / CEO
Location: Israel center / Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow revenue, cultivate a high-performance sales team, and ensure we exceed client expectations. If you have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, managerial experience, and a passion for technology solutions, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies, revenue forecasting models, and sales targets that align with our business objectives.
Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of high-performing sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, tracking key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Client Acquisition: Drive new business acquisition, cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate profitable agreements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, analyzing performance trends, and identifying areas to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-6 years of proven direct sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in Enterprise / SaaS sales.
Previous managerial experience leading and developing a sales team.
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
