Health Economist & Pricing specialists (HEPS)

The HEPS has responsibilities in three main areas: Accounts (payers, other governmental bodies, private bodies), Business Units and Cross Functional Areas (medical reps model, department budget etc.):


•Accounts - The HEPS deals with all customer data base, monitors reporting, tracks data quality, transform data to knowledge by creating different reports to the KAMs in aim to assist their account management, through the year for calculations with our customers and for internal commercial monitoring purposes, for tenders submissions and for as a preparation for the annual negotiation with our customers.
•Business Units - The HEPS is responsible for supplying knowledge reports based on data to support sales CLs and management decision making , routine and ad hoc analysis.
•Cross Functional Areas – the HEPS can be responsible for such topics as department budget building and monitoring, medical reps compensation model, sales interface data with our distributor etc.

The HEPS coordinates pricing activities such as profitability monitoring, uploading customers pricing data to our distributor system, coordinating internal pricing process approval and gaining external approval of prices for existing and new brands within Pfizer internal pricing system (JADE) and assist with the relevant GPA for the CLs. Moreover assist CLs with their annual forecast's pricing and responsible for validating the Israeli IRP data regarding Pfizer products.
The position has to be familiar with BIM and MEA methodology within the National Reimbursement process.
Accomplishment of these goals must comply with all terms and conditions of Corporate Policies and procedures, while conducting all jobs related activities with integrity and adherence to Pfizer’s high standards of business conduct.
