Hands on development of our MVP, ensuring high quality, scalability, and a stellar user experience.
Actively contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Work closely with the founders to establish technical standards, choose the best tools and technologies, and set the overall technical vision for the company.
Play a key role in hiring, training, and leading the development team as the company grows.
Advocate for and implement best practices in software development.
Serving as the company's public representative at technology events and within the open source community - a significant plus.

דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
7+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on front-end / full-stack technologies.
Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
Background in elite technology units of the IDF, such as 8200 and Mamram
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and contribute at a high level as a developer.
Strong knowledge of open source technologies - a significant plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and pragmatic approach to overcoming challenges.
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to mentor and inspire a growing team.
Must have front end experience
