PTC, a global provider of CAD, PLM, IoT and AR solutions, is looking for Administrative Assistant to our office in Haifa, Israel.

As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for the management of the office and provide comprehensive support to the director level management and other office duties.

As part of your job at PTC, you will:

Manage calendars as requested by scheduling appointments
Manage travel by working with travel agency to book domestic / international flights, hotels and car reservations, logistics / venues
Arrange offsite meetings and social events
Greet, escort and assist all visitors (internal to PTC and external)
Set up new employees welcome
Provide receptionist/telephone support for entire office staff
Interact with internal and external parties
Purchas office supplies, coffee , food and all other day to day office equipment
Provide support to all operation departments (Finance, HR and IT)

דרישות התפקיד

B.A. degree
Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
Experience from a High-Tech company for at least 1 year
High level of English - reading & writing (including conversation)
Fast learner, strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
Experience in travel management – Advantage
